A large variety of lot sizes is available, many from one-half to one acre.

Housing variety in Bellaire range from 1950s style two- and three-bedroom ranch styles, to the new Georgian mansions built during the past few years. Those with the renovation bug will have much to choose from in this community. Bellaire's shopping district enjoys a "neighborly" atmosphere.
